**Summer Shipping Notice**

During the warmer months, temperatures inside delivery vehicles, mailboxes, and porches can become quite high. While we carefully package every order, we cannot control the environment once a package leaves our hands.

For the best product experience, we recommend shopping in person, selecting local delivery, or arranging pickup at one of our farmers' markets whenever possible.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers, they may soften, melt, or change in texture during transit. Rest assured, the benefits and effectiveness of the product remain unchanged.

If your whipped tallow arrives looking flatter than usual or appears to have settled in the jar, this is simply a result of heat exposure. Likewise, balms may develop a grainy texture as the natural fats cool and re-solidify. These changes are cosmetic only and do not affect product quality.

If settling occurs, please note that all products are filled and sold by weight, not volume, so you are still receiving the full amount of product listed on the label.
